Bill McGovern has long experience with State Farm. His father was a State Farm agent for 42 years. When Gaye McGovern opened her State Farm office in 1987, Bill supported her efforts and when he retired from his USAF career in 1991, Colonel McGovern became the office manager at the Gaye McGovern Insurance Agency, Inc. Bill is involved in Kiwanis, St. Ann's Church, and The Maryland Symphony Orchestra among other community volunteer efforts. His extensive knowledge of the insurance industry is an important resource for our customers.

Kathi is a team member with deep roots in Maryland. Originally from Baltimore County, she has proudly called Washington County home since 1981. Since 1997, Kathi has been a part of Gaye McGovern's State Farm team, bringing experience and a commitment to service. She holds licenses in Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health Insurance, across Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
